FAQ about our balloon sculpting
Q. How many balloons can our balloon sculptor make in an hour?
A. On average, our balloon sculptor can make about 15-20 balloons in an hour so it depends on choice of designs, colours, venue, etc.
Q: Why does venue matter for balloon twisting?
A. You will notice that balloons are more likely to burst in an outdoor venue. This is not just because of heat, but also due to the humidity; increasing the friction on the surface of the balloons, hence making it more difficult to twist the balloons. Air-con rooms are probably the best for balloons.
Q: Is there a minimum booking?
A. It is an hour, but if you have just a few children at your party and you are also booking other items like magic show, we can make concession like having pre-made balloons or just 30min.
Q: Is your junior balloon sculptor just starting out? Is that why this is cheaper?
A. We set very high standards for our balloon artists. Most of the designs, from our junior sculptor, use multiple balloons to complete. Our junior may be another company’s experienced sculptor.
Q: Can your balloon artist make all the complicated designs, or adhere to a theme like Pokemon?
A. Yes, we can. Firstly, choose our senior sculptor or minimally, our experienced sculptor (The latter still can make Pokemon but may be limited to a few types of Pokemon.) However, if you were to book just the minimum 1 hour, we are restricted by the time. For instance, a complicated design like a Charizard may take us 15-20min. Hence, an hour, we can only make 3-4 of this Pokemon. Very much we want to show-off our skills, we have to balance that with the design and the number of hours booked. (We do not want any of your guests to go home empty-handed!)
Q. What if I want all complicated balloon sculpture designs at my party?
A. Book our senior balloon sculptor for a longer duration, eg. 3 hours.
Q. Is balloon sculpting a show?
A. We do try to interact with the children as much as possible but it is not a show which the kids sit down and watch the performance. We have other shows like birthday magic show and science show.

Here is how you can book our balloon sculpting at $10 for an hour. This special promotion is for our direct customers mentioning this promo and engaging us for birthday parties. The balloon twisting need NOT be 3 hour session, you can use them over a period of 2 years! You can even share this booking with your friends and family.
- 1st hour – $250 for an hour.
- 2nd hour – $150 for an hour
- 3rd hour – $10 for an hour!

Q: Do I need to use this 3 hours booking all at one go?
A: No. Although we require you to make the payment upfront (in other words, eg. 3 hours = a total of $390), we will issue e-vouchers with passwords and voucher numbers for you to make your future bookings.
Q: Which level of balloon artist will I get?
A: You will get an experienced balloon sculptor but subjected to availability.
Q: Can I book other birthday packages with this promotion?
A: Yes, you can eg. book our birthday magic show with balloon sculpting (standard package) just by topping up the difference based on the package. HOWEVER, this is applicable only the 1st hour booking, not the 2nd and 3rd hour for this promo. (Because without the package, if you were to book the 2nd or 3rd hour with our a la carte entertainment, the whole package is STILL cheaper!)
Q: What if I do not have a date for my party but I am keen to book this?
A: If so, we will issue 3 vouchers for you and you can use whenever you are firm with your booking. But please take note that it is valid for 2 years from the date of payment.
Q: Why is it valid for 2 years?
A: We want you to book us for consecutively for 3 years! Eg. You purchase this on 1st August of 2023 for a party on 30 August 2023. In 2024, you use it again. Lastly, on the 3rd year, you can redeem the voucher by 31 July of 2025 for a party on 30 August 2025.
Q: How much is your usual price?
A: $250 for the 1st hour and $200 for subsequent hours.
Q: What if you increase your price in the future?
A: This voucher is still valid and does not affect this in any way.
Q: Can I use this to make bookings of 30min.
A: No. You have to use this in one hour slots. Eg. 1 hour for 1st session, 2 hours for subsequent sessions. If your party is 3 hours and you want to book eg. 2 hours during the 1st party and 1 during the 2nd party, you can.
Q: Can I use this for my corporate bookings like kids@work, family day or RC event?
A: No. This voucher is strictly for birthday parties. We allow you to use for private parties like baby shower, full moon party, etc. However, if it is a combine party like birthday + Christmas party, this is subjected to approval.
Q: Is the voucher transferable?
A: Yes, it is transferable. We encourage you to share this with your friends and family. We will not restrict anyone trying to resell this. However, if you are buying off someone, we advise the buyer to double check the validity of the vouchers with us before purchasing. On the other hand, we do NOT allow our competitors to buy this vouchers and resell this to their clients. In other words, this valid is only for B-to-C customers only.
Q: Can I request Mr Bottle to do the balloon sculpting? Will I get Mr Bottle to do the balloons?
A: Generally, no. If you are lucky, Mr Bottle may be the one doing as he enjoys making balloons! To increase your chance, book his birthday magic show with this!
Q: How about the 4th hour?
A: We do not have a 4th hour package due to the validity of this promotion. However, we do not restrict anyone buying multiple sets of this voucher.
Q: Will you allocate us lousy balloonist because it is $10?
A: No. We pride ourselves in making good designs. Even our junior balloonists can make many designs using multiple balloons. You can read our recent Google reviews from our clients who book this promo recently.
Q: Will you not give us a slot because it is $10?
A: All our services is subjected to availability. Please book our services 1-2 months in advance to ensure there are slots available. As long as we have slots, we will accomodate. Our objective is for you to come back to us every year for parties and not to penalise anyone. That is also why we limit this to 25 customers per month to make it manageable for us.
