Q: What is the difference between the basic package & premium package?
A: Other than the cost differences due to the number of pax (to account for the increase in food amount), the premium package has additional gelato or LED candy for everyone. It is also inclusive of 225 arcade credits, so that those who are not playing the Floor is Lava game can play the many choices of arcade games available.
Q: Can adults book this package?
A: Yes! Everyone is a kid at heart!
Q: Can we book this for a play date or other event types?
A: Yes, every day is a celebration!
Q: Can we bring our own food for the party?
A: Other than cake, no other types of food are allowed. As we rent the space from the restaurant for the table, they have a strict policy on food from elsewhere.
Q: Do the participants need to take turns to play?
A: In general, we find that the optimum players is 8. We have tried with 10 players before, BUT it is much more difficult to play as too many cooks spoil the soup! Hence, if you have eg. 15 pax, we recommend that you form 2 teams and each take turns to play.
Q: Can we top up the packages with other items, like an additional hour of caricature or arcade tokens?
A: Definitely! You can contact us for a quote for that.

Q: Can the parents play with the kids?
A: Of course, a lot of adults book Floor is lava for team bonding activity too. However, the portion of food is only for children so if there are adults around during the party, they have to order food to occupy more seats at the venue. (No additional charges for venue space.)
